Visit to IDPs in Limbe
We visited the Internally Displaced People (IDPs) in Isokolo and Mile 2 in Limbe. Most of them were women and children from intense crisis zones, who fled their houses to settle here in search of peace and a normal life.
Our teams went out and did a census in the environment by visiting several and talking with them. They equally told them about the support we had to offer. They assembled at in one of the IDP’s relative’s compound. Items shared included:
- Rice (2 50kg each)
- Soap (10 bars of 400g each)
- Seasoning cubes (2 packets each)
They were pleased and expressed their profound gratitude. See the video above.
